Condom Message lets you choose between various online and offline payment methods.<\/p>\n

\nOnline payment methods<\/h3>\n

PayPal is a secure way to pay your online purchases. You can pay with PayPal without having a PayPal account. You just fill in your credit card details. You can also create an account and pay just by filling in your email and password. The payment will be shown on your associated credit card. If you want to send a payment with PayPal to Condom Message, this is our PayPal email:info@condommessage.com<\/a><\/p>\n

\nCreditCards<\/h3>\n

Online payment with credit card is easy and safe. Select your credit card (Visa, Mastercard en American Express). Fill in your credit card number, the expiry date and the CVV number (last three numbers of the back of your credit card). If all the data are correct the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card.<\/p>\n

\nBank transfer<\/h3>\n

If you do not have iDEAL, PayPal or a credit card, you can also transfer the money by bank. Transfer the total amount and make sure you mention the order number. As soon as we receive the payment we will process your order. You can find all the information on the invoice you receive after making the order.<\/p>\n

\nShipment<\/h3>\n

Condom Message sends the packets with the greatest care in collaboration with the DPD parcel. For express services and export Condom Message is always looking for the best provider for you, such as DPD, GLS and TNT Express. Envelop packages are delivered by PostNL.<\/p>\n

\nPickup Point<\/h3>\n

You can also pick up your order at our offices in Rotterdam and Hoofddorp. Please do not forget to make an appointment first.<\/p>\n

\nOrder by phone<\/h3>\n

The best and most effective way to order is online. If you can’t order online, you can also order by phone. On business days you can reach us from 9.00 \u2013 17.00 at +31 (0) 10 713 85 88. If you call outside office hours you can always leave a voicemail. You can also fax your order at: +31 10 4677123.<\/p>\n

\nChange or cancel order<\/h3>\n

If you want to change or cancel an order you can call us during office hours at: +31 (0) 10 713 85 88. Make sure you have your invoice number, client number and the changes you want to make ready. If you are still on time to cancel the order we will reimburse you the total amount. If you have paid by iDEAL or advanced payment you will receive the money back in about 5 business days.
